Coaching

I offer psychologically informed coaching conversations in a safe space to explore or work on building resilience, managing uncertainty, finding balance and maintaining well-being.

My current focus is on supporting workers so that they are equipped and able to be more resourceful for themselves and others, by paying attention to their wellbeing whilst they work and transition out of ‘lockdowns’ and the global pandemic.

Coaching results in learning based on your needs and what you’re interested in working on. It can help us see what more we are capable of, and enable change in the way you, resource yourself, the way you think, or the way you respond to situations. In other words, Coaching offers you a chance to pause, step back, and reflect – you open up fresh perspectives and insights that you can put into practice.

The kind of topics people work on include:

- building health, wellbeing and resilience

- creating work-life balance

- coming to terms with change

- feeling overwhelmed – managing stress

- navigating transition and change – dealing with uncertainty

- re-establishing and nurturing working relationships

- feeling stuck, knowing something needs to change

Sessions are currently online video or telephone, each session is 60 minutes in duration
